The Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) was proclaimed on October 19, 2021, and organizations that are provincially incorporated have three years (since that time), to transition to the new rules. Session will be presented by Harold Feder, Partner at Brazeau Seller Law who specializes in various areas of corporation and taxation law, including experience with non-profit and charitable corporations.
