Navigating health care, finding the right social and recreational services and knowing where to turn for support can sometimes feel overwhelming. We're bringing information, resources and caring professionals together in one place to help make it easier.

Join us for the Jewish Seniors' Health and Wellness Fair, a special community event designed to help Jewish seniors live healthier, more connected and independent lives.

What can you expect?

• More than 30 organizations and service providers sharing information about health care, wellness and community resources.
• Four informative presentations featuring experts on navigating the health care system, accessing community support, returning home after a hospital stay, preventing falls and more.
• Practical advice from Jewish Family Services case workers on finding and accessing services to meet your needs.
• Opportunities to connect directly with professionals in areas such as hearing, vision, occupational therapy and other health and wellness services.
• Learn what educational, cultural and recreational programs are available in the community
• Time to connect with friends and neighbours, meet new people and enjoy light refreshments.

Whether you're looking for answers for yourself, supporting a loved one or simply interested in staying healthy and informed, there's something here for you. Light refreshments will be served.
