Effective “Check-in Calls”
Volunteers and staff have been instrumental in helping organizations connect with fellow community members who may be vulnerable, isolated and feeling particularly challenged as a result of the pandemic. This Training Session will provide tips and resources for those calling to check-in on others: the most effective questions to ask, how best to address challenging issues, and where to find community resources.Presented by Jewish Family Services professionals, Ranit Braun and Sarah Agulnik MSW.
